Wendy is Back!
One of our favorite hygienists, Wendy, broke the fibula bone in her leg during her usual run 3 weeks ago (or so the story goes). Whether her leg was broken or she just wanted two weeks off to go fishing is still up for speculation but either way she is back and we are all glad to see her.
While she was on 'sick' leave a card and flowers was delivered to her house. The delivery driver reported the fishing boat was wet and the frying pan loaded with fresh caught trout but we are not going to question Wendy's story that she was bed ridden while her leg healed. As much as she loves fishing, we know Wendy would much rather be at the office delivering quality care to patients and gossiping with them about the latest happenings.
Wendy expressed her gratitude to all the well wishings and although a little more tanned than before, she is back where she belongs and we are glad to have her.
