Case 3 worn, broken, dark teeth with spaces: Cosmetic Smile Makeover, veneers, ceramic crowns

This patient had small, worn teeth. There were spaces between his teeth, and the lower teeth had extruded (grown up) into where the uppers had worn. The patient wanted to correct the wear, whiten his teeth and improve the proportions for a great smile.
