Case 5 Crowded, dark, worn teeth: Cosmetic Smile Makeover, veneers, ceramic crowns

This patient wanted a new brighter smile with straight teeth. She had some crowding and overlap but did not want orthodontics. One of her front teeth was endodontically treated and had an extensive filling. The treatment was one crown over the endodontically treated tooth and veneers on the other teeth.
