Case 1: Smile Makeover & All Ceramic Bridge

This patient was missing a front tooth and was wearing a removable appliance. The space for the missing central incisor was much larger than the adjacent central incisor. She did not want orthodontics to equalize the space. She also did not want to replace the missing tooth with an implant. She did want to lighten her other teeth and improve the proportions. I was able to make the two central equal size by adjusting the proportions of the other teeth with ceramic restorations. The missing tooth was replaced with a fixed all ceramic bridge.
